Question Boot problem after installing dual ram

Idk what is problem for my pc.
I just built new pc and it does not let me boot with dual ram

I have tried many troubleshoot
Is it just my mobo does not support my rams?

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series Red DDR4 Desktop Memory 2666Mhz (2 x 4GB) 8GB CL15 1.2v, F4-2666C15D-8GVR 15-15-15-35

GPU: None

CPU: Ryzen 5 2400g

Make sure your motherboard BIOS is running the most recent version. What speed are they running at?

Does the system run normally with only one stick of memory installed?

Thanks for the answer.
The mobo only has two slots.
Both ram working on slot 1 but whenever I install any of ram at slot 2, the pc does not even go into bios.

And I have tried cmos clear and bios is updated to recent.

If you swap the two memory sticks, does the second one work as well?

If so, you need to remove the CPU and look for bent/missing pins.

Yes, both rams works on the same slot.
But if I insert it on another slot, both rams won't work.

Hm... is it because of ram compatibility with my CPU or motherboard?

See the previously edited post. This is not a compatibility issue. Check the CPU pins as noted.
