Boot problem after ssd instalation

Hello, I'm having a problem, as usual, after the installation of my new ssd 950 pro 256gb M.2 NVMe. As you can see in the video after i boot it up, it just shuts back down, and turns back up normally. I followed the instructions of this video: Video
Other than that it's working perfectly.
Here are some pictures of my motherboard settings and a video of the problem.

Specs: Asus x99-a
Asus GTX 980
Gskills 8GB RAM
Corsair CX850M
i7 5820k 3.3ghz 15MB
CPU cooler master hyper 212 evo

Have you seen if disabling Fast Boot alleviates your issue? I can see you're on Windows 10 but I must ask, did you reinstall your OS or merely migrate to new hardware using a cloned image installation of your prior SSD in your system? Please make sure your BIOS is up to date. You might want to reinstall your OS by recreating your bootable USB installer.

I already came back to windows 8.1 (clean install) disabling fast boot did not work, yes I even removed the SATA disk when installed the OS on the ssd via a bootable usb, the ssd is identified as primary and the boot order is ok. And everything is updated
