Boot problem hp pavilion dv7-1247cl windows vista

Hello,
I forgot my admin password and burned a password unlock disk. i changed all the boot settings to boot from cd rom but still it wont boot from disk. ive tried the disk on other pc and it worked just fine. even tried burning diff password unlocks on other pc and stillthis laptop wont boot from crdom..

Your drive could be bad on the laptop, try booting off another disk.
