Question Boot problem / Mobo-CPU

PC is refusing to show picture, standard working, but without picutre, I connected bipper and it signals 3 short beeps, and again 3 short beeps, it is ASRock mobo so that means - 3 short Main memory read / write test error.
I swapped ram to other slot, tried with another ram, gave friend mine just to test it and it shows that my ram's working. I'm so confused, can it be motherboard? Also to note, I cleaned everything, every slot, checked for bent pins, replaces thermal paste on cpu.

What about your PSU? Is it enough to support your system? Have you tried swapping it?

It's nothing special, Raidmax Rhino 550W, I have another one, Cooler Master, I could try swapping it. I'll post result. Thanks.

Tried with anoter PSU, nothing changed, 3 beeps and another 3 beeps, all the same.
