Boot problem PC

i have an old PC was lying around for a year i decided to power it up again But just after intel screen at bios i have black screen with "EA" on the bottom right corner and nothing happens after that... i have tried to boot in from usb having windows 7 but no success..
i have intel E7200 core 2 duo processor 4 gb ram motherboard model i dont know...

Can you try to clear CMOS? Can you get on BIOS settings?

Well if you can get on BIOS settings, just load defaults and see if it works.
