Greetings to everyone and thanks for reading!

I've builded a PC with this specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2400g

MoBo: ASRock AB350M Pro4

RAM: Hyperx DDR4 2400mhz 4GB x 2

PSU: EVGA 450W BT

Storage: SSD Adata SU800 128GB, HDD Seagate 500GB 7200rpm

Cooling: 4 Fans, 2 have LEDs, 3 are connected to the PSU and 1 to the motherboard.

Now, my problem is that my PC always turns on but not always boot.

So when it isn't booting I press the on button then it turns on the 4 chasis fans, CPU fan and HDD but it doesn't boot. The mouse, keyboard, screen and WiFi adapter keeps turned off.

I thought it was because my old PSU (Unitec 750w was a generic one) so I bought this EVGA, bronze certified, but nothing changed.

I did reset CMOS, unplugged everything and plugged it again, I don't have a buzzer for my MoBo but I noticed that if I took off both RAM's it starts resetting after some seconds, this doesn't happens with RAM's plugged so I guess this isn't a MoBo problem.

I've thought about a BIOS problem but if was it then why won't boot after clearing CMOS.

Usually it boots after some hours being turned off, so I guess it's not a big deal but is frustrating having a lot of work to do and can't do it because it won't boot when is needed.

I don't know if it has to do but when I try to reset from Windows, fans keeps working but then it won't boot again, same with reset button on chasis front panel.

I'll appreciate any help you can give me with this!
