Boot Problem with Linx 1010b

I recently decided to do a full system reset of my Linx 1010b tablet. The reset failed midway, and after numerous failed attempts, I gave up. I then attempted to enter Windows 10 and continue my work, but all that I now get it a Black screen with a little white moveable crosshair. I've tried various suggestions from other forums, but none of them have worked, so how can I resolve this issue?

You may want to see if you can get into Safe Mode and see if you uninstall your display drivers though in retrospect, now would be a good time to back up your critical content and reinstall your OS using a bootable USB installer.
