Boot problems in windows 7(Black screen with mouse cursor)

So recently i installed an SSD in my computer, i formatted the other HDD and installed the system on the SSD. Everything works fine, however when i boot up the pc there is a black screen with a mouse icon, that i can move, for like a minute, then the system boots. My boot order in bios is SSD first...

Please help

I have it set for 30 seconds, just like you...
