Boot problems with Inspiron 1501!

I turned my PC on and it went to a black screen and said press Ctrl+Alt+Del ,but nothing worked, So I ran a Diagnostics test and it said I had a error in the booting>How can I fix this error

An easy way would be to perform a "System Restore" to a previous known good date.
