Question Boot screen colors are messed up [Video]

Mobo- GA B560M AORUS ELITE
Processor - Intel i3 10100F
Cooler- coolermaster hyper 212 Led
Ram- 2x 8GB DDR 4 3200mhz
Gpu- HIS RX 580 8GB
Psu- Corsair VS 450
Storage- Netac 128gb nvme

I actually don't know what's happening here, this only occurs on the boot screen, after boot everything is fine I can play anything for any time without any errors. Temps are all normal for everything. And if I went to the bios menu it also has normal colors.

Windows doesn't start loading drivers until the spinning light loop thing appears, so that leaves a hardware fault with the devices responsible for picture.
10100F doesn't have an iGPU, so that's one is out.
-monitor cable. Try a different cable.
-gpu. Try the gpu in a different system, IF possible.
-gpu video port being used. Try a different video port.

If #2 ends up being the culprit - the discoloration follows to another system - I would suggest preparing or saving up for another gpu. The cpu doesn't have graphics, so if the gpu does keel over, you are screwed.
