Boot sector not found

Win10 pro boot sector not found? Using my 2 month old HP notebook running win10 pro when it failed to connect to my mail . Checked all settings - no errors. Still no luck. Delete email accounts and re set up accounts with same result.
Restart DISASTER! BOOT SECTOR NOT FOUND. Ran full hdd test, restored BIOS defaults
Unable to use notebook any ideas or suggestions appreciated.

you will have to reinstall win 10 files does this system have a recovery partition on it for win 10 .
