Boot Selection Failed because a required device in inaccessible

I have my build that has been working rather good for about 3 months. I have had no problems with it until one day I started up my computer and had the screen. "the boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible". I personally believe that the problem is my refurbished hard drive. Every since I first got it, it has been making a grinding noise. (thats what I get for being cheap lmao) I have always known that it would sooner or later bit me in the ass. But I first wanna hear what other people think before I go out and buy a new hard drive.

I hope your OS and Data partition full image backups are current; restoring full images onto a replacement HD is much easier than attempting data recovery on a grinding, original, HD.
