Boot SSD Steam not pinning to Taskbar glitch.

Hey, I recently setup a new Boot SSD and loaded a few games and my Windows C: drive. And its been fine except for this: My Steam doesn't pin to the Taskbar any more. When I pin to taskbar and close it, the next time I open it, it creates a icon on the taskbar. Here is a Screenshot: http://imgur.com/yyLMD8w
