You'll have to reinstall windows on the SSD.

Agreed. Nothing wrong with a "gaming" PC that uses a mechanical hard drive, but WD Green drives are not meant to be performance/primary/OS drives.

Do you have all the correct/latest drivers installed for your mobo or just relying on those that came with Win10? You can use Driver Booster to help. Once everything is set up etc and how you like it you should also clean and defrag your mechanical drive. Use something like CCleaner to clean up the install and then defrag your drive. You'll have to schedule it as a boot time defrag to be able to optimise your system files.

Those driver booster things are like malware.
Just go to your products webpages and download the drivers they give for them.

Malewarebytes and Kaspersky have never detected anything. Yes they may want you to buy their product and set themselves to run on startup but you can easily disable all that and the benefits of having up to date drivers far out way the minor inconvenience of changing the programs settings.

Check to see if fast boot is turned off, turn it on if it is.

fast boot is already turned on
I think it has to do with windows, bcuz the guy who installed windows said there was some error during installation but then somehow it worked.
if i pop in a ssd with just the os will it fix all this?
