Boot Time Too Slow & Disk Usage 100% On My Both Windows 10 Pro x64 /7 Ultimate x64

i recently built my rig and facing the issue from the beginning that my system is too slow when i start my pc. it takes 15-20 minutes to boot, after booting to windows all apps loads extremely slow.
my pc spec
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-4790K Processor at stock

RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8gb 1600mhz

PSU: Corsair RM Series™ RM750 — 750 Watt 80 PLUS® Gold Certified

CPU Cooler: Seidon 120V | Cooler Master

Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Formula

1x Seagate Barracuda 500gb HDD
1x WD Caviar Green 3tb Sata III HDD
1x WD Purple 1tb HDD

Case: Thermaltake Chaser A71 Full Tower Case

slow boot time for that long is usually caused by bad hardware drivers or just faulty.
* you can run a "chkdsk /scan c:" just to check for bad sectors without fixing
* download and run CrystalDiskInfo to check your SMART health check
* visit your motherboards website and download and reinstall your chipset driver/sata driver. BIOS update maybe necessary
* check if any of your devices need a firmware update
* try removing your usb devices and see if it speeds up startup time
* try restarting into safemode if it is much quicker
* try disabling startup apps in your task manager. a recent app you installed may have caused it

Try switching off the Superfetch Service... I have seen it cause this problem on more than one system, if you have 8GB+ of RAM it's not needed and in my experience just causes load issues.
