Boot time warnings

have win7 64bit ultimate, 2500k on gigBYTE GA-P67-UD4-B3 MB, 8 GIGS RAM, wd caviar black drive, ....I keep getting boot warnings in event monitor - the system seems to boot up reasonably quickly but this buggs the heck out of me as it seems to imply that there is a problem...shutdown is really fast about 7 secs.....is there some setting in error? here's the event report

It seems to me that if your computer starts, shuts down, and performs well you have nothing to worry about. Unless your computer is slow, or doesn't boot or shut down at all, then there might be a small problem which can be overlooked.

It's the small problem thats bugging me --- it's significant enough that win 7 keeps reporting a warning
