Question Boot time

After upgrading my hdd to a ssd my boot boot was almost instantaneously but after i install my gpu and amd drivers the boot time has increase and read/speed have decrease the performance of my sdd has decrease ive also reinstall window 10 still the same.Does pci and sata share bandwidth or something? Its an old h81 chipset with pci 2.0
My specs
i5 4690
msi h81 e33
8gb ram
mx500 1tb ssd
rx 580 8gb
550 psu

a 2.5" sata ssd? it shouldn't cause any issue.

did you unplug the ssd when you installing the gpu?
there are sata ii and sata iii port on the motherboard

yup but i make sure it was in the sata iii
