Boot time

I have an asrock extreme3 gen3 and it seems that the boot time has gotten progressively slower. Is there anything I can do the speed up the process? Thanks.

It depends on your set up, hardware wise and what is loading when windows is booting. How long is your boot time?

The only way of reducing the boot up time is to remove unneeded programs, also use MSCONFIG to remove any unneeded start up items, make sure the disk is defragmented.

Do you mean the ASRock BIOS splash screens, or the actual boot time into the Windows environment?
