Boot to no signal

Ok, so here's my problem. One day I booted up my computer after installing some new case fans and it got as far as the Windows 7 logo then the screen turned black and the monitor said no signal. At this point the computer will not respond at all.

I tried booting a couple times and the problem persisted, so I booted to safe mode. That booted just fine. So I pulled my GTX670 out of the computer and threw in a GeForce 8400GS card in to test. Once the drivers were installed, it too booted to the windows logo and then said no signal.

I tried the PCIe slot below it with the same results on both cards. Next I tried plugging into the integrated HDMI on the Motherboard. I have an Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe. The onboard worked just fine, so I assumed I had a bad motherboard. I bought a replacement, plugged it up, and it continued to boot to no signal.

At this point, I reinstalled Windows. Initially I thought I had solved the problem. The first thing I installed was the newest Nvidia drivers and everything booted up and worked, then I went ahead and did Windows updates. About half way through the screen went black and I had to shut it down. When I tried to start it, it was booting back to no signal.

So I reinstalled windows and unplugged the computer from the router, under the assumption that one of the updates caused the problem. I proceeded to install the drivers that came with my motherboard, again it turns to black and must be shut of manually.

I tried replacing the SSD with an HDD. The problem continued. Lastly I tried replacing the PSU with an 850w power supply of a different brand. The problem is ongoing and I have no idea what's wrong at this point. I thought maybe my PSU was acting up and there wasn't enough power foing to the PCIe slots or something once the computer gets bogged down with programs.

Any suggestions? There's not much more I can replace.

My current hardware are as listed
CPU: i7 3770k
Motherboard:Intel P8Z77-V Deluxe
GPU: nVidia GTX 670 SC+
PSU: Corsair HX850
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
Boot Drive: Samsung 830 256GB

Here's an update. I replaced the CPU and reinstalled windows. The problem is still going on. I guess all that's left is the RAM. I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. It says there are no problems, but it's the only thing I haven't replaced.

so...the only thing that gives you a video signal is the HDMI on the motherboard, correct? the fact that the IGP works, in my eyes, eliminates a lot of components from being the problem. you may need to disable the legacy bios to get it to boot correctly. set the OS drive to the UEFI in the BIOS, see if that does anything.

Ok, I figured it out. I had to go into safe mode, uninstall my nVidia drivers to it would load the basic Microsoft drivers. Then I had to disable the integrated Intel graphics in the Device Manager and reinstall the nVidia drivers again. I really with I would have thought of that before I blew all that money. Oh, well. Live and learn.
