Boot to Windows then no display

I can fully boot but as soon as I type my password in and the desktop comes up after a couple of seconds my gpu fan speeds up to probably 100% and my display goes off and I just have a black screen as thoug nothing is plugged in and this happens everytime I reboot, I recently just took my watercooling out and replaced it back to the old stock cooler

may have damaged the gpu drivers. power off the pc. reinstall the gpu...boot into safe mode and then uninstall the gpu drivers and then reboot. also see if the gpu when it failing if the mb falling over to onboard video.

I am running a msi 970 gaming mb so there in no motherboard graphics port it is a gtx 770 that provides my graphics

water cooler for the cpu? get into safe mode, or bios and see that the temps is like
