Boot up bsod and games locking up then crashing system.

Hey, i had just built my new gaming pc 3 weeks prior to any bsod or errors at all.

PC Specs:
I7 6700k
Hyper 212 evo cooler
2tb toshiba hdd
120gb sandisk ssd
Gtx 1070 ftw
Msi 270 gaming m3 mobo
2400mhz 16gb ballistix sport 8x2 ram
750watt gold supernova evga psu

The problems i first encountered was that my games got 20-40 fps on high settings at 1080p, i wiped the hdd and sdd and freshly installed windows. The problem was fixed for the moment being. A few days later i tried to run rainbow six siege and playerunkown battlegrounds but would get crashes at random points during gameplay. I decided to run memtest86 via windows and was told that my pc cannot accurately store data in ram. I tried each stick in every slot 1 by 1 and got an error wether it be error occurred while copying from xxxxxxxx to xxxxxxx or your pc cannot accurately store data in ram. I was able to boot up then but now i can sometimes get into win 10 but then crash immediately or not even get into win 10. When i try to log in to windows 10 i get the error as follows:"Special pool detected memory corruption". I tested the hdd and everything was fine, the gpu had the drivers up to date, and then came with the conclusion that it might be my ram. I have sent and gotten confirmation for an rma for both sticks of ram but have yet to send them. I tried cleaning the ram with a dollar bill (told by others) but same situation with bsod. I would like to know if anyone can help me by confirming it might possibly be the ram or what else it might be according to my situation.

P.S. Still cant get into windows and yes i did update bios and try to enable xmp and try with it disabled. Cpu is at stock. So was gpu.

Hello... 1) Rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab for cleaning...

2) MB Battery removal and CMOS clear/reset before changing Ram stick locations or population. Memory/Hardware communication get stored in the CMOS memory.

Take your time here and be slow and careful to your MB... look in your MB manual/Pdf for pictures and location of the SW/pins. B )
1) un-plug PS from wall.
2) remove MB battery
3) place jumper pins OR push switch on MB to clear the capacitors... for ~2 mins
4) remove Jumper/switch connection.
5) re-install battery

Look in your manual for the correct RAM slots you want to use/test for "Dual channel" operation with this MB.

6) plug monitor into the MB *
7) plug in PS to wall
8) Boot computer.

*You will need to remove you Video card as the CPU/IGT will be the NEW default in your BIOS on first BOOT.

** Your BIO's will be set back to defaults of the BIO's version... so if you had some 'special' settings? ...change them back in the BIO's (save&exit).

*** after a few good BIO's Boots... change your BIO's setting back to the ext pcie/GPU (save&exit) insert GPU card for next BOOT.

Hello... There are a lot very small electrical connections to all of these devices... and everyone of them is effected by heat, humidity, dirt (environment)... cleaning and re-seating will help over time.

Your CPU has a memory controller rated for DDR4-1866/2133... and your RAM is spec'd differently...

1) what were your RAM communication settings before and after the CMOS clear?

What is the ram communication setting? and tbh i also find it weird that my system was working prior to this. I am cleaning the ram right now. And yeah i boot but before i enter the log in screen i get an error

Hello... At this time why don't you Disconnect any booting device HD/SSD...

ALL we want to TEST is the CPU, RAM. GPU and MB for successful booting... time after time... and see what "default" setting are being created and stored in your CMOS.

Booting into Windows every time is a different situation for the Hardware and the OS drivers installed... you need a good hardware MB/BIO's boot first... consistently, before moving on to other "OS" related problems... or an OS install. B /

I booted in and it i got the bsod before logging in which said special pool detected memory corruption

i cleaned the ram but did not disconnect the hdd nor ssd
i also removed all power and removed mb battery

Do you have a conclusion? Because i am really tired of having to deal with this dumb computer, i feel like returning all the parts to the store and just buying a prebuilt one... I mean, i got the parts on march 18 and on most parts i can get a 20 day refund but some i can becuase it is 15 days...LOL

Hello... At this point I will typically take a spare drive and do a "clean install" of the OS on it... for my Test of the Computer system. B / OR do a "OS refresh" install over the exiting OS install... depends upon the customer situation and what's available on your side of things? B /

Relax... and take a breath and drink... everyone will experience problems in their life B D... I was maintenance man for many years there was ALWAYS something broken at the start and end of the day. B O

It will only take 15-30 mins for a OS install on my side... your side? and then we would know more.

There more than one way to install/repair the Win OS... since you cant BOOT to it, you need "re-install/repair" it with install media.

PS... I'm in the USA with a phone... so a SKype is my method for this kind of work over continents.

Yes, i have the bootable media that i bought with the product key (usb). And i know how to get into windows through safemode but dont know how to uninstall bad booting devices...
