Question Boot up issue after cpu swap

So I have a b350m bazooka motherboard and went to install a Ryazan 5 3600 cpu and 2 x 8gb Corsair ram sticks. The swap went relatively smoothly for it being my first time doing this. Turns out after I found out I needed to update my bios by installing the stock cpu and ram and putting the updated bios on a flash drive, because my monitor display wasn’t coming on and neither was my mouse or keyboard. Well I reinstalled the stock cpu and ram and now I still have the same issue with no display or peripherals working. Everything worked fine this morning before I started the swap. I am new to this and don’t know everything yet. I did try resetting cmos by removing battery but still nothing. Any ideas on how to get my display and peripherals running so I can update my bios for the new cpu?
