Boot up issue

hi guys, can i get some help with a problem im having. See whenever i boot up my windows it freezes on the windows loop and my computer then shuts down, ive tried everything from reseting my pc to system restore, i messed with cmd prompt but to no avail, if anyone has a solution or help me know about this problem more clearly that would be great

Try running these two commands from an administrator command prompt:
. SFC /scannow
. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

it says "windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations"
ive also tried chkdsk on the cmd but it just gets stuck on 15% when its scanning my c: drive
