Boot up Order HELP Windows 8

I recently bought an SSD and am trying to access my bootup order to change it to boot from my CD Drive so I can reload windows onto my new SSD. I cant access bios upon startup. I tried f2,10,12 and delete. I tried going into BIOS from holding shift and restarting computer but there is no option change bootup. I'm out of options.

I have Windows 8.
