Hi
I have no idea whether or not this is the right place to put this question if not moderators will surely move it to the right place.
For some reason unknown to me I have a small problem with booting up my PC. I'll try to explain it the best way I can step by step. I press the power button and PC turns on however usually few second after pressing the power button there was this beep noise after which monitor would turn on however in this situation this beep doesn't happen at all. So now the only option I have is to restart it however usually when you press power button you have to wait about 5 seconds before PC turns off however in this situation PC turns off immediately after pressing he power button. The same thing happens over and over again no matter if I wait 10 second or 10 minutes, the same thing happens, I turn PC on nothing shows and it turns of immediately after pressing power button.
There is only one way to fix this and that is to unplug the power cable from the PC or flip that switch on the power supply OFF, wait for about a minute plug it back in or flip the switch back ON and then wait for a few second and then press power button. Computer will turn on for about 2 second then turn of and it will turn itself back on after another 2 seconds and then everything comes back to normal so there is a beep and monitor turns on fine.
Now this situation doesn't happen all the time, sometimes like right now it happens every single day but sometimes it doesn't happen at all for weeks. I have absolutely no idea why this is happening or what is wrong, I don't even know what might be causing this to happen. I tried searching for solution online but I couldn't find anything or anyone with this problem. Does anyone know what the problem might be? and how to fix it? because it is getting a bit annoying especially when I need to do something fast and this happens.
Thanks
