Question Boot up problems

Hello, I've bought a Samsung C24FG70 display over a year ago.
Month ago I was starting to get weird "tearing" (I guess) when I switched ON my display.
It only occured when it wasn't used for a long time, like early in the morning after night of resting.
Once the problem is gone, display can be switched OFF for like 1-2h and the problem won't occur if I'm going to switch the monitor ON again after that range of time.

In the first 20 seconds, the screen is completly unreadable, it improves with the time passed.
I don't know will it help, but this "tearing" starts from the bottom on the screen and goes up. It also fades on the bottom when it's ending.

Are you sure it's the monitor and not your computer?
If it's still under warranty I would go that route first, if not the service center.
The fact it's ok when warm indicates a bad component somewhere.

My warranty is done by now. I've tried different cables so it's not them, and about my PC. Any chance it could be my PSU's fault? Like not giving enough Voltages or something. It's definitely not GPU's fault.
And yeah, I'm going to go to the service center next monday, someone said that the capacitor might be burned in my display.

Can you plug the hdmi into a Tv to test computer? If it looks bad it may be your computer.

Sure, but I'll have to wait until tomorrow since the display has to "cooldown" now.
