Boot up time delay 3-4 min

I have purchase on 18 feb 2017 new (MOB,Ram,CPU)
Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2ph
Intel i3 7100 7th Generation Processor
Corsair Value Select 4gb ddr4 2133mhz
450watt Mercury Supply
160 GB Seagate Hard Disk Sata 2.0
OS win 10 pro 64 bit
But my system boot-up time 3-4 Minuets what should I do plz help

Is it a HDD or SSD you are using, if it is an hdd, it may be failing and causing your slow bootup time.

What programs are loaded at when Windows starts ?
I don't think it's important but you have posted in the windows 7 forum but you have Windows
Windows 10.
