hi i have a packard bell lab top.i am having a prob re booting back to factory setings. it wont let me ass i dont have that option to do ass for some reason it has been whiped off.and dont have any discs to reeboot. i have just had new insides put in but its still the same hard drive can you help thanks

i have just had new insides put in ---What exactly does that mean ? and did you send it out to have it done ?

Your hard drive may be the same one, but can almost guarantee it doesn't contain your OS, recovery partition, or it has been corrupted.

Get a recovery CD (Linux is a good one) to boot from,
