Bootable disk for Vista

At my work place there is a co-worker who wants files from there vista ultimate desktop. I'm trying to get past the password because she forgot it and I don't have the repair disk for vista, any recommendations?

This forum will not provide any help with bypassing passwords as there's no way of telling if the device is stolen.
