Bootable Drive (Windows 8.1) with Multiple PC's

So I have downloaded the Windows Multimedia on my USB Flash Drive and am using the same Product Key as my friend. I am building a PC soon and wanted to know if I could boot up my PC using this USB Flash Drive with my friend's Product Key.

I would also like to know if I can't if there is another way to do this.
