Hello, I'd like to ask if it's possible (and "how to"), to leave a small partition of my hard disk (let's say 2-4 GB), and then put in that partition my linux/windows installation files, so that if I want to format my PC, i just boot from that partition, and then install the OS directly from there onto my other partitions. This way i would avoid using CD/DVD/USB.

E.g. of what I want:
HDD:
------->partition A: Linux OS
------->partition B: Windows OS
------->partition C: Tiny partition with linux iso files

Some day i need/want to format my pc, so i just boot from C: and then reinstall linux on A. Something similar to what notebooks has to repair or reinstall windows.
I already tried using unetbootin/rufus software but it only displays the drive where I have my OS installed, and it doesnt allows me to select the empty partition.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Since it's obvious you don't have much experience with such things, it's better not to mix Windows and Linux on same disk. It might be easier and more practical to use Linux in Windows VM (Virtual Machine). Linux for most part uses own file system and makes own partitions but all of that ends up on HDD's boot sector and any change to it can wipe out both OSs.
Either that or use separate HDDs, much safer way.
