Hello!

Why bootable USB stick doesn't work? I would like to install Windows 8 and to update hard disk driver. When I select an "Bootable Add-in Cards" option from the boot list, when the error message appears: Disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter

Motherboard: GA-78LMT-USB3

Try another USB port that is black instead of blue. Make sure the stick is in 16 or 32 bit fat, not NTSF. Try another thumb drive if you have one, or try reading that one from another PC to make sure it is good. Switch between CSM, legacy, or disable UEFI to see if it boots then. See these links for options is still unable to make it work. http://www.intowindows.com/fix-cant-boot-from-usb-drive-windows-78/
