Bootable USB not working.

My OS stopped working because some files got deleted so i wanted to do a clean install, after i got the media creation tool on my usb i tried to boot it through the boot menu and the screen just went black and when back to the boot menu after a second.

I have changed the boot order for the UEFI USB to be first.

So you could enter BIOS? That wasn't stated. So you entered BIOS changed the BOOT Order to reflect the USB with the bootable WINPE is the priority and you just keep getting boot recycled?

i got the setup to work but i am missing drivers when i try to start windows.
