How do I create a bootable copy of Windows 7 and is it free?

No. It is not free. It will cost you the bootable media (Flash drive/Writable DVD) and the OS itself. As for how to do it, Google, "Bootable Windows 7"

Thank you. I do have a disc...but my Chinese friend gave it to me. Therefore it's in Chinese. Can I change the language or do I buy an English version?
