Question Bootcamp Windows Unable to Boot

Hi, I have been using bootcamp windows on a MacBook Pro. Few weeks ago, my MacBook got shut down suddenly due to power cut down. Now, I have been unable to boot my Windows OS. I have been trying to refresh and reset windows using the advanced recovery option but it was no use. Now, I would need to restore or reinstall the Windows in bootcamp partition through Mac. My questions are:

1. I have created a Windows Installation Media Creation Tool from Microsoft support website. Am I able to restore my bootcamp partition using image from the tool or do I need to perform clean erase and reinstall?
2. How can I backup the current partition to save the files in it?

1. You will, either way, need to do a fresh installation of Windows to prevent any doubling of system files. it would also be best to erase the old system completely.

2. The back up can be done through Disk Utility! I have attached a Apple forum where they explain in detail the steps you need to take to do this properly.
