[SOLVED] BootDevice LED solid, restart mid boot, no display

Morning team,

My build has been hibernating for a few years now and I just got a Dell S2721D monitor to start the revival process.

Specs:
Asus Z87-A motherboard
i7-4770k
corsair vengence 8gb
Asus r9 270x
Corsair cx600
WD Blue 500 GB HDD

The Dell S2721D has not been able to get a signal from on board HDMI nor the GPU HDMI. I popped the hood troubleshooted a bit but I am stuck. Everything starts, the CPU then RAM then VGA LEDs on the motherboard flash for a second in that sequence. Then it either shuts down for a second and comes back on with the Boot Device LED staying solid, or just goes right to a solid Boot Drive light. No display signal from any port.

I checked the SATA connections
Verified the HDMI and monitor are okay using my laptop
Pulled the battery out of the motherboard (unplugged and powered down) for 15 min
Checked GPU and RAM connections

Any ideas?

Sounds like your boot drive is faulty. Check it in another PC.
