Question booted into BIOS and I now my computer won’t connect to monitor

I tried to boot into BIOS by spamming the delete key then I was hit with a black screen and then my monitor loses connection to my computer. I try it with my TV and still no connection. I’m panicking right now because I don’t know if I can restart my PC because I don’t know if it’s in BIOS or not please help
I have the tomahawk b450 max

Samsung 860 EVO 500GB SSD

Gigabyte Radeon 5700 xt 8GB Gaming OC
Everything worked perfectly before.
