Bootgr is missing help please

hello

i changed by computer case only and now it when i boot it says Bootmgr is missing, i disabled all other HDs and still the same problem ( not sure which one has windows because 2 of them are identical but i disabled all others), i inserted a windows 7 dvd and tried repair but nothing has happened, could it be from the sata wires because it happened before and i guess i fixed by changing the cables. help please, can i do a windows reinstall without formatting !!
i have windows 7 ultimate 64bit

You should try disconnecting all other hard drives except your boot drive and see if it boots or not. Disabling hard drive won't work.

i only connected the ssd !! now i put the ssd on another pc and backed everything up when i try says current settings of bios doesnt support of device ! tried rebuild mbr didnt work.. and now i tried installing windows it says cannot be used on mbr disks.only gpt ! this is very frustrating .please help
