Booting cleanup?

When I boot up my computer I get several options for booting. Looks like this:

Windows 7
Windows 7
LinuxMint
Defendguard v3 ! something like that - I never use it.


How can I clean this up? I'd like to keep just one of the windows 7, and the linuxmint for dualbooting. I tried googling about htis, and get stuff on grub and MBR and I have no idea what these things are, what they do, or if they apply to me.
