Booting Computer Stuggle

My computer has a new and unexpected problem that I have no idea how to fix. When I press the Power button the computer doesn't turn on the first time. It makes a clicking sound and all the fans temporally spin for a half second then nothing the computer doesn't turn on. When I do it again the computer may or may not turn on but it does turn on eventually with enough pushing. I'm afraid that if I keep having to turn on my pc I will damage hardware cuz it supplies power for a half second. Is there anyway I can fix this so the computer button works as intended every time or what is the problem?

Also, once the computer finally turns on it has no problems what so ever.
