booting error :(

So i bought on ebay a new motherboard (asus -8h61-m evo), a new CPU (i5-2400), 2gb of ram (temporary), corsair cx430M and the problem im having is that i cannot boot windows,
Its stuck, and it will reboot again. i've tried reinstalling but then i get a blue screen, im not even able to read the white text on it all i could read is that there was an error and it would reboot again.
i doubt this is a hardware problem. but any help would be apreciated.

If the mobo was not brand new I would say that's got to be the main suspect for being faulty.

I bought it new on ebay but i dont got another motherboard to test with :/
