Booting From USB

Are you able to boot, and run Windows 7 from a USB drive, like Linux?, cause I am wanting to run Windows 7 from my 32GB Flash Drive..

You can but it will be very sluggish if the flash drive isn't one of the high end models with fast read/write times.

It's a Sandisk Cruzer 32GB USB 3.0 :3

Could you link me a guide, or a video, on how to do it, cause I already know how to make a boot drive, but not how run Windows from one..
