Booting from USB

Hi I really need some help
Every time I boot up my PC, and and I get the setup Windows screen, it keeps telling me that it can't find the cd/dvd drive, which I don't have, since I want to boot it from my USB. Even in the BIOS I've set it so it boots first from the USB.
Someone please help

I got a friend to look at it, and he said it's able to find the USB, but not the HDD, it's all connected aswell inside

What devices show up in the UEFI/BIOS? If the HD doesn't show up there, you've got a hardware problem where there's no way for Windows to load.
