Question Booting problem on new hardware

This weird thing started happening where the system boots and monitor disconnects.
Things I have tried:
Replacing gpu
Replacing RAM
Replacing processor
Booting from Ubuntu instead of windows

My system:
Mobo:
cpu: Ryzen 5 1600
Gpu: was rx580 testing now with r7 240
Ram: 16gb vengeance ddr4 3000mhz

Any trouble shooting tips are appreciated. I'm thinking power supply problem.

Forgot to include the mobo it's a gigabyte b450m d3sh and PSU is a Jupiter 600w Chinese garbage lol
