Booting problem with continuous beeping sound

While starting my Lenovo laptop evertime there is continuous beeping sound for 1-2 minutes with the following prompt and after pushing Enter window resumes . Pl help also asto where to enter the commands as advised.

Can you pass on the model to your Lenovo laptop? AN SKU would be helpful. Do you have any form of Administrator password set to your laptop? Why do you need to input the command you've listed at the end of your post? To me, it seems like your OS is corrupt or that your HDD is failing you at this point if it came out of the blue(i.e, you didn't mess with the boot order, if you didn't tamper with the HDD's drive structure/partitions or if you didn't accidentally remove something from the OS'es partition).

It isLenovo GS 570. I did not make any tampering. The only concern is minute of beeping on every start up
