Booting stops at Verifying DMI Pool data...

My boot sequence hangs at Verifying DMI Pool data. I've searched for a solution for a while and the thing that I see the most is that the BIOS can't find a OS to boot into. I thought that one of my hard drives (I have two) are broken or malfunctioning. However, I now believe that this is not the case because I disconnected both of them from the motherboard, and, once I did that, I got an additional error specifically saying that no bootable drive was found, asking me to insert a bootable drive and press enter. So, I really have no idea what to do next or if there is any other solution.

Specs:
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 3.1GHz
RAM: Kingston 2 GB DDR2 800MHz
GPU: GTX 460 768 MB

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I wanted to compete in the upcoming Game Maker Community Jam, and this is the only PC I have that is already set up with various tools and settings I use.

Solution
Boot with the win10 DVD or a recovery DVD and try to repair the installation

Boot into bios check to see if the system time is still correct. If it it is correct then reset the bios to defaults and re configure. You could also update the bios. When you save the bios changes it will rebuild the dmi pool data.

If the system time is wrong then the battery backup may have failed and you will have to replace the motherboard battery and re configure the bios again.
