Booting the 3rd OS from a Multiboot System

I have Three Windows 8.1 on my SSD-HD (C,D,F). I can easily boot from the Two C & D, but I cant boot from the third one-F. Rather I myself dont know if it loads accurately or not. The third OS is shown in bootloader options and after I boot from that OS (in F ), it shows some bizarre anomalies, i.e- The drive F is shown as Primary Active Partition/drive (with the windows 8 icon) BUT that drive is STILL set to F, NOT the system drive-C . Instead, the 2nd partition-D is set to as C drive in this 3rd OS.The Desktop looks like a fresh OS but the program locations are set to D partition,not F.

N.B. - This is how I created the F partition- I had the Ghost Partition Image of C-drive, which I replace with the F partition and then I added that 3rd OS with BCD application ( a tool to manipulate bootloader)in bootloader. I did the same with the 2nd OS in partition D and it worked well but for the 3rd OS in Drive F,it showed weird stuff. How come the system drive is set to another drive other than the one it boots from ? But the windows 8 icon (which is set to system drive only) was set to F drive, whereas C drive is set to another partition. How do I fix this? I think windows is not booting from the 3rd partition. I want Three OS.

I m running the weirdest problem ever. I have Three windows 8 in my PC in separate partitions. In my multi-boot system, the individual windows boots well but for the Third windows it acts strangely. As we know, booted partition is set to Drive C as a system drive, for the windows partition it is booted from, but in my case booting from the third OS shows another drive as system drive-C but installs all its application etc in its own installation partition-E. BTW, Only the first partition is made as Primary- Active partition, others r logical ( can it be the problem !!)

Secondly, I have a few bootable recovery USB, which used to boot very well, But all of them dont boot from my system now, what is more weird is that if I select usb to boot from , instead of booting from usb, it now shows ONLY TWO Operating Systems in my bootloader option, whereas if I boot normally from my HD, it gives all 3 options (OS) and boots well.

I have no idea whats going on, I use EasyBCD for manipulating bootloader, I dnt know if it has something to do in this.
