Question Booting to a "Bitmap" Desktop Background Image

I was just moving one of my cryptocurrency wallet staking computers to another area of the house and when I went to turn it back on, I notice there were no icons on the desktop, just the desktop background image file.

There is also no functionality. Right clicking the house does nothing.

I do not have any CD's that I know of but I have a few other machines currently running good installs of Windows 7.

What should I do?

It finally started a windows repair function and it repaired the installation.
