Booting up Windows 10 with a USB

Hi, I was wondering what would be the best option for installing Windows 10 is, I am building a new computer and I have a spare optical drive if necessary. I just don't know if the USB version will auto-install windows after I finalize the motherboard BIOS. Thanks.

There is no difference in installing Windows from a USB or a DVD.
The USB might be slightly faster.
