Bootloop please help

So i live at a dorm and the power went out like 3 times in a row, after that my pc went on a bootloop, can't access BIOS or do anything.

Specs: Windows 10 home 64-bit
AMD FX-9370 cpu
Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 R5 motherboard
Geforce gtx 960 gpu

Did you try clearing the CMOS? I would start there. You can use a fan cable to put on the jumper for the CMOS or you can just pop out the battery for a couple of min. The battery is round and about the size of a quarter on your motherboard.

Hopefully your RAM did not get fried. If the CMOS does not work I would try the RAM, one stick at a time, in each slot.
